This morning my Wheaties really got pissed in. I go to breakfast with an acquaintance from here in Afghanistan and out of the blue I'm walking with him looking for a table while holding my tray with ONE egg white scrambled, an apple and a cup of coffee, when this acquaintance turns toward me and says,"have you put on some weight?" Are you serious... come on... I wanted to walk strait out the door and pitch my breakfast in the trash on the way out and go strait to my bed and press the re-start button on the hole dang day. Is that reality? No. So a friend says to me I should kill this acquaintance with kindness and he just knew the button to push to aggravate me, he does like to aggravate people but why me, why today, and why by saying that of all things? Awwwwww I just want to climb a mountain and scream. Instead this is what I will not do.

Hang in there, stay away from the sweets, you are worth more than an opinion of someone you barely know.
Could this have just been a boneheaded attempt to ask if you were dieting based on what you had on your tray?
Men are sometimes way thick about such.
He could also have just been pushing buttons. In which case, I'd avoid him as well as the sweets.
Remember our smaller bootays celebrating and forget him. People say mindless things sometimes and he was probably one of those men that wasn't taught to never comment on a women's weight. Ptttth to him. Hugs to you.
