Hello. I have been lurking and reading the post's here and feel like I know you all already. I'm stationed here in Afghanistan with the Navy for one year. I'm from Sacramento California. What a great time to make up for some lost ME time. I'm excited to track my progress of a New lifestyle right here for everyone to see. Mainly I want to do this so I have some sort of accountability when it comes to weighing in every 10 days. I know 301 works for me and so here it goes...
3 meals a day-0 in between-1 day at a time=301
I'm so happy to report that there is no way I can receive Ben and Jerry's out here... so bye bye Chunky Monkey our love affair has come to an end.

Well hello there! Glad to have some company along for the voyage of our lives! As far as adding links for your daily reads, yours will differ from mine, but I think this is how it's done:
Go to your dashboard. Click on Template. Choose the Page Element tab. Click to Add a Page Element. Choose Link List from the choices. Begin adding urls.

LOL@chunky monkey. Isnt it weird how we come up with nicknames for ourselves? I call myself Fatty Fattington and it makes me laugh but I know if someone else called me it, Id cry. I LOVE your "301" plan. Very clever.
